Kurdish PKK fighters shoot down Turkish military Cobra helicopter (Video)  –

Almasdar – New footage, released by GerillaTv, seems to show a (PKK) Kurdish fighter shooting down a Turkish “AH-1” Cobra chopper, using a Russian anti-aircraft “9K38 Igla” system.

According to the original source, the video took place on 13 may 2016, in southeast Turkey, near the Iraqi-Turkish border.

Meanwhile, Turkish authorities have said that they lost a military helicopter near the Iraqi border due to a technical failure.
