Vladimir Putin: Mass killings of people cannot be justified in anyway –

ARMENPRESS – The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a clear message on being next to the Armenian people, delivering a speech at the ceremony devoted to the centennial of the Armenian Genocide in Tsitsernakaberd Memorial.

 “More than 2000 events will be held in hundreds of cities of the Russian Federation. The events will be attended not only by the representatives of the Armenian community, but also the Russians. Mass killings of people cannot be justified in any way”, – said Vladimir Putin.

 According to him, Russia signed various documents, which are the base for the international law and criminal law, and is ready to do anything to prevent the repetition of the tragic events of the past.

 “Today as well neo-fascism appears in some regions of the world. And we should understand why. Before such actions, we should think of the consequences”, – stressed Putin. “We are with you, dear friends”, – concluded the President of the Russian Federation.
