French journalists meet Artsakh officials in Yerevan

(Horizon Weekly / YEREVAN)—On March 25, senior representatives of the Republic of Artsakh met with visiting French journalist Adrien Briand of Le Figaro and French musician and philosopher Ulysse Manhes at the Artsakh Representation Office.
The meeting was led by National Assembly Speaker and Acting President Ashot Danielyan, with the participation of Deputy Speaker Gagik Bagunts, advisor Ara Bouluzyan, and Public Council members Hermine Avagyan, Nare Simonyan, and Alvard Zakaryan.
The French visitors were in Armenia for the presentation of Letters from Paradise, Where No One Is: Stepanakert–Paris, co-authored by Manhes and Avagyan.
Discussions centered on the current situation facing Artsakh and the need to strengthen international awareness and engagement. Artsakh officials stressed that the issue remains unresolved and underscored the importance of maintaining consistent attention to the rights of the Artsakh population in international forums.
Officials also expressed appreciation for continued French interest and media coverage, noting that Le Figaro has followed developments since the early stages of the Artsakh movement.
Briand and Manhes, in turn, reaffirmed their intention to continue reporting on developments and conveying the realities on the ground to an international audience.
