Azerbaijan earthquake felt in Karabakh –

PanARMENIAN – A magnitude 4.5. earthquake that hitAzerbaijan’s Ismayilli district on Tuesday, December 13 was also felt in Nagorno Karabakh, Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) said.

No casualties and damages were registered in Azerbaijan or elsewhere.

“The earthquakes were not very powerful but they didn’t pass unnoticed nonetheless,” Gurban Yetirmishli, director of the Republican Seismological Survey Center at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, said.
