Seven burned alive in major road accident in Armenia –
Seven people were burned alive in a passenger minibus which met with an accident on the Gyumri-Yerevan highway on Monday, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
According to the report, the minibus collided with a truck at the crossroads near the villages of Horom and Gusanagyugh, after which it caught fire. As a result, seven people died on the spot, while another seven who were inside the van were hospitalized.
It was not immediately clear why the fire started on the minibus. Most passenger vehicles in Armenia use liquefied compressed gas for fuel.
