On July 7, 13 km south-west fromthe city of Vanadzor, at 03:08 p.m. local time, a 4-magnitudeearthquake occurred, the strength of which reached 5 points at theepicenter. The geographic coordinates of the epicenter are:northern latitude 40,710 and eastern longitude 44.410. Thehypocenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 km. As“Armenpress” was informed from the Ministry of EmergencySituations of the Republic of Armenia, the earthquake was felt inthe regions of Lori and Aragatsotn with 3-4 magnitude. Theearthquake was followed by 4 aftershocks with 0.8-1.2 magnitude.
