Garegin Njdeh statue to be installed in Yerevan –

Yerevan Municipality plans to install a statue of prominent Armenian military commander, public and political figure Garegin Njdeh in Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. The draft decision is included in the agenda of the upcoming meeting of Yerevan Municipal Council.

The project has been approved by the Artistic Commission of Urban Development Council of Yerevan Municipality. The authors of the sculpture are Gagik Stepanyan and Aslan Mkhitaryan.
