Turkish Construction Company launches activity in Armenia –

ARMINFO – ‘Ozturkler Holding’ becomes the first Turkish company to launch activity in Armenia. ‘Ozturkler Holding’ is engaged in housing construction.

Yusuf Ozturk, the company head, who was earlier engaged in housing construction in Africa, told Sanah Daily Armenia is very attractive for new business projects. 

“I am the first Turkish businessman to launch official activity in Armenia. We have already started construction of a new residential complex. At present, we plan to put into exploitation 5,000 apartments, but demand is over 300,000. Armenia is a small country, but big money is circulating there,” the Turkish businessman said.
