Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly Alen Simonyan believes that the preservation of Artsakh’s government institutions in Armenia poses an “imminent threat” to the country’s security.
“We have a big problem concerning the Artsakh Armenians. I don’t see the purpose of establishing statehood or preserving and developing state institutions here. I consider it an imminent threat and a blow to the security of the Republic of Armenia,” he told reporters in the parliament.
“I urge all our colleagues to follow the same logic,” Simonyan added.
