Aris Babikian Acclaimed as Ontario PC Party Candidate for Scarborough-Agincourt
SCARBOROUGH—AGINCOURT – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Aris Babikian has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Scarborough-Agincourt in the next provincial general election.
Since being elected, Aris Babikian has worked to deliver funding for the Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre of Community (BNC), supported the expansion of GO Train service with over three hundred additional weekly trips, and advocated for investments in the Scarborough Health Network, including local hospital redevelopment projects. His leadership has also helped to reduce costs for families by cutting the gas tax by 10 cents per litre, scrapping licence plate sticker fees, and expanding One Fare, saving transit users $1,600 annually.
