US continues to review alleged human rights abuses in Nagorno-Karabakh

The US continues to review alleged violations of international humanitarian law and human rights abuses in Nagorno-Karabakh, Dafna Rand, US Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, said at the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference on Tesday, October 1.

“We will continue to work within the OSCE and through other international efforts to address international law concerns arising elsewhere in the region,” she said.
