Charles Aznavour’s bust to be installed in Paris

(Armradio) – On October 1, the Aznavour Foundation donated Charles Aznavour’s bust to the city of Paris. The sculpture created in 1964 by Alice Mélikian was handed to Aznavour during his first trip to Armenia.
It will be installed at the crossroads of the Odeon, near the home of the Aznavourian family, where the legendary singer lived his childhood.
Charles Aznavour’s son Nicola, a co-founder of the Aznavour Foundation, delivered remarks at a short the ceremony at the Paris City Hall organized on the occasion of the first anniversary of Charles Aznavour’s death.
