Artsakh soldier wounded in Azeri shooting

Private of the Artsakh Defense Army Shamkhal Petrosyan (born in 1998) was wounded in a shooting from the Azerbaijani side, the Artsakh Defense Ministry reports.   The Defense Ministry said investigation into the details of the incident is under way.
