Artsakh Citizens to File Claims with ECHR Over Destroyed and Seized Property

Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan and Chair of the public organization Artsakh Union Artak Beglaryan have launched an initiative to document homes and apartments in Artsakh that were destroyed or seized by Azerbaijani forces.

The goal of the initiative is to present the collected evidence to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and seek legal accountability from Azerbaijan.
