ARF Youth Hold Protest in Yerevan in Support of Artsakh

The Armenian Revolutionary Federation Youth Organization of Armenia on Wednesday staged a protest in front of the government building in Yerevan to show support for Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and condemn the authorities’ silence over the situation in Artsakh amid the blockade imposed by Azerbaijan.

The demonstrators held posters reading, “Open the Lifeline!”, “Artsakh Strong!”, “Stop, Nikol!” and others.

They accuse Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s administration of plotting to give away Artsakh to Azerbaijan, rejecting their “fake peace agenda.”

“Artsakh has never been and will never be part of Azerbaijan,” one of the activists, Taron Manukyan, said.

“The man gripping the prime minister’s post is the only one responsible for the blockade of the Berdzor Corridor. If the Civil Contract party remains in power, we will lose not only Artsakh, but also Armenia,” he stated.
