ANCC holds virtual meeting with MPs Terry Beech and Rob Oliphant on Artsakh war

On October 6th, Armenian National Committee of Canada (ANCC) representatives Shahen Mirakian, Jack Deragopian and ANCC-WR rep Titar Kochkrian had an  honest open exchange about critical issues related to Azerbaijan’s and Turkey’s ongoing deadly attacks and aggression against Artsakh during an hour long meeting with MP Terry Beech and MP Rob Oliphant,  Parliamentary Secretary to Foreign Affairs Minister Champagne. The ANCC reps thanked Oliphant and Global Affairs Canada for reimplementing the weapons ban on Turkey, and for considering the Artsakh issue not just an Armenian one but one involving fundamental human rights and adherence to international law.
