ՀՅԴ Գանատայի կեդրոնական կոմիտէի յայտարարութիւն

Ազգովին կը նշենք համաշխարհային պատմութեան դառնաղէտ էջերէն հանդիսացող Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան 110-րդ տարելիցը։ Ոճիրէն դար մը ետք, Թուրքիոյ պետութիւնը ոչ միայն կը շարունակէ ցեղասպանութեան արարքը ուրանալու քաղաքականութիւնը, այլեւ գործօն լծակից կը դառնայ Ատրպէյճանի կողմէ Արցախի հանդէպ գործադրուած բռնութիւններուն եւ Հայաստանի ժողովրդավար հանրապետութեան նկատմամբ թշնամական վարքագծին: Այսօր, Եղեռնէն 110 տարի ետք, ցեղասպանութեան յանցագործութիւնը կը շարունակուի։ Երէկ Տէր Զօր, այսօր Բերձոր, դարձեալ բռնի ուժով հայրենազրկուած է հայ ժողովուրդը։

110-ամեակը առիթ է նաեւ վկայաբերելու Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան 100-րդ տարելիցի համահայկական հռչակագիրը, որ կ՚արտայայտէ համազգային մեր կամքը։ Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան 100-րդ տարելիցին նուիրուած միջոցառումները համակարգող պետական յանձնաժողովը, 2015 թուականի յունուարի 29-ին հրապարակեց Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան 100-ամեակի համահայկական հռչակագիրը, որուն մէջ կը շեշտադրուի Միացեալ Նահանգներու նախագահ Վուտրօ Ուիլսընի իրաւարար վճիռը հիմք ունենալով իրաւական պահանջներու թղթածրարի մշակման անհրաժեշտութիւնը՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան հետեւանքներու յաղթահարման գծով։

Միաժամանակ կը դատապարտենք Հայաստանի հանրապետութեան գործող վարչախումին կողմէ ազգային մեր պահանջատիրութեան հանդէպ որդեգրուած հակոտնեայ քաղաքական վարքագիծը, որ սպառնալիք կը հանդիսանայ Հայաստանի գոյութեան։
Որպէս ժառանգորդներ Արեւմտահայաստանի պատմական մեր բննօրանին, Գանատայի հայ համայնքը վճռակամ է պահանջատիրութեան երթը շարունակելու իր յանձնառութեան մէջ։ Մենք իրաւատէրն ենք մեր դատին եւ մեր անժամանցելի իրաւունքներուն տիրանալու ճանապարհին՝ պիտի շարունակենք պայքարը, մինչեւ որ հաստատուի արդարութիւնը։

We are marking the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, one of the most tragic pages of world history. A century after the crime, the Turkish state not only continues its policy of denying the act of genocide, but also becomes an active lever for the violence committed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh and its hostile behavior towards the Democratic Republic of Armenia. Today, 110 years after the Genocide, the crime of genocide continues. Yesterday in Der Zor, today in Berdzor, the Armenian people have once again been forcibly deprived of their homeland.

The 110th anniversary is also an opportunity to testify to the Pan-Armenian Declaration on the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, which expresses our national will. The State Commission for the Coordination of Events Dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide published the Pan-Armenian Declaration of the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on January 29, 2015, which emphasizes the need to develop a legal claim based on the arbitration decision of United States President Woodrow Wilson to overcome the consequences of the Armenian Genocide.

At the same time, we condemn the negative political ethics adopted by the current authorities of the Republic of Armenia towards the Armenian Cause, which poses a threat to the very existence of Armenia.

As heirs to our historical homeland of Western Armenia, the Armenian community of Canada is resolute in its commitment to continue the march of claims. We are the ones who are entitled to our rights and on the path to reclaiming our inalienable rights, we will continue the struggle until justice is established.

Nous commémorons le 110e anniversaire du génocide arménien, l’une des pages les plus tragiques de l’histoire de l’humanité. Cent dix ans plus tard, l’État turc continue non seulement de nier ce crime, mais agit également comme complice des violences perpétrées par l’Azerbaïdjan contre l’Artsakh, tout en maintenant une attitude hostile envers la République d’Arménie. Le génocide, malheureusement, n’est pas qu’un souvenir du passé : ce qui s’est passé hier à Der Zor se répète aujourd’hui à Berdzor, où notre peuple se voit encore une fois violemment arraché à sa terre natale.

Cet anniversaire est aussi l’occasion de réaffirmer l’importance de la déclaration pan-arménienne adoptée pour le 100e anniversaire du génocide. Rappelons que cette déclaration, rendue publique le 29 janvier 2015 par la commission d’état chargée de la coordination des événements du centenaire, insiste sur la nécessité de développer une revendication juridique fondée sur la décision arbitrale du président américain Woodrow Wilson, afin de faire face aux conséquences toujours actuelles du génocide arménien.

En parallèle, nous dénonçons l’approche irresponsable et dangereuse du gouvernement actuel de la République d’Arménie à l’égard de la Cause arménienne. Cette attitude met en péril l’existence même de notre patrie.

En tant qu’héritiers de notre patrie historique d’Arménie occidentale, la communauté arménienne du Canada reste déterminée à poursuivre le combat pour nos droits. Ce combat est le nôtre, il est légitime, et nous irons jusqu’au bout, jusqu’à ce que justice soit faite.
