Reward of $100 dollars for each beheaded infidel: Testimony of captured Syrian mercenary in Artsakh

The Armenian side has revealed details about a second Syrian mercenary deployed to Azerbaijan to fight against Nagorno-Karabakh, Panarmenian reports.

The fighter identified as Yusuf Alaabet al-Haji was born in 1988 and is a resident of Syria’s idlib province. He is married with five children.

According to him, he was promised $2000 month to find against the “kaffirs”, a derogatory term he uses for the word faithless, and was promised $100 as “bonus” for beheading an “unbeliever”.

In the war against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the Turkish armed forces are supporting Azerbaijan militarily, also by transferring terrorist mercenaries from Libya and Syria to fight against Karabakh. Armenia was the first to report on Turkey’s deployment of thousands of Syrian fighters to Azerbaijan. International media publications followed suit, as did reactions from France, Russia, Iran and Syria. The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army has already unveiled footage of the interrogation of one such terrorist captured on the front.
