Bulgaria President visits Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan

Armradio – President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan, accompanied by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, Acting Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Gevorg Vardanyan.

The Bulgarian President laid a wreath at the memorial to the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide and paid tribute to their memory with a moment of silence. He then visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, where he was briefed on the details of the first genocide of the 20th century.

The guests then visited the Memory Alley, where the President of Bulgaria planted a tree.
