Yerevan Zvartnots Airport named Europe’s Best Airport

(Horizon Weekly / YEREVAN) – Zvartnots International Airport has been distinguished at the prestigious ASQ Customer Experience Awards, earning top recognition in two major categories.

The airport was named Best Airport in Europe and also received the award for Most Dedicated Staff.

Zvartnots was evaluated in the category of airports serving between 5 and 15 million passengers annually, competing alongside 39 European airports within that passenger range.

Winners of the ASQ Customer Experience Awards are determined solely on the basis of independent passenger feedback, gathered through standardized surveys conducted directly with travellers.

Presented by Airports Council International World, the Customer Experience Awards are widely regarded as one of the most respected global benchmarks for measuring airport service quality and overall passenger satisfaction.
