Vana Nazarian Appointed Associate Councillor to Montreal’s New Executive Committee

(Horizon Weekly) – Montreal’s newly elected Mayor, Soraya Martinez Ferrada has unveiled the composition of her administration’s executive committee, setting the direction for the city’s new mandate.
Among the key appointments is Vana Nazarian, who will serve as Associate Councillor for Attractiveness and Economic Development. In this role, she will take part in the executive committee’s work and help advance initiatives aimed at strengthening Montreal’s economic appeal.
The mayor emphasized priorities such as homelessness, city performance, and economic growth, with associate advisors like Nazarian contributing to major policy discussions as the new council begins its term.
The announcement comes two weeks after Montrealers elected a new city council and chose Martinez Ferrada as mayor, ushering in a period of transition as the administration assembles its leadership team and begins implementing its agenda.
