This special concert offered a deeply personal experience, highlighting music from composers who lived before and after the Armenian Genocide. Audience members were swept through rich emotional landscapes of longing, loss, and hope in works by Gomidas Vartabed, Avedis K. Messuments, Hagop Papazian, and Hampartzum Berberian.

Distinguished artists on stage included Armenian-Canadian soprano Tamar Simon, celebrated for her clear and vibrant tone; Canadian-American baritone Geoffrey Schellenberg; and Vancouver-based vocal coach, pianist, and conductor Richard Epp. Together, they created an intimate atmosphere, showcasing both solo and ensemble works that demonstrated their mastery and dedication to classical music traditions.
