Former Presidents of Artsakh and speaker of the parliament arrested by Azerbaijan

Former minister of culture of Artsakh Sergey Shahverdyan reported on Faccebook about the arrest of the former presidents of Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Arayik Hartounyan and speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Davit Ishkhanyan by the Azerbaijani government.
