Canada–Eurasia Chamber of Trade and Economy Holds Networking Meeting in Yerevan

On November 3, the Canada–Eurasia Chamber of Trade and Economy convened its latest business networking session in Yerevan, bringing together representatives of its member companies and partners to review ongoing collaborations and outline new prospects for cooperation.

The event featured remarks by His Excellency Andrew Turner, Ambassador of Canada to Armenia, who greeted participants and underscored the importance of continued engagement. Joining virtually, Tatiana Domilovskaya, President of the Canada–Eurasia Business Alliance (CEBA), delivered a video message highlighting the Chamber’s role in advancing Armenian–Canadian relations. She also shared updates on recently completed projects and provided an overview of forthcoming initiatives.

Participants heard presentations detailing established partnerships between various enterprises and previews of upcoming business events. To conclude the session, Vardges Avagyan, President of the Chamber, presented membership certificates to newly joined members, welcoming them to the growing network.

The Canada–Eurasia Chamber of Trade and Economy offers consulting and support services to businesses and individuals seeking to develop Armenian–Canadian bilateral cooperation and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.

This renewed engagement follows the opening of Canada’s Embassy in Yerevan in October 2023, a milestone achieved after years of persistent advocacy by the Armenian–Canadian community. The embassy’s presence has created new opportunities to deepen trade and investment relations between Armenia and Canada.
