Armenia seeks restoration of Artsakh refugees’ property rights

Armenia is preparing supplements to its fourth interstate complaint lodged against Azerbaijan with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

The new measure seeks restoration of the property rights of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) people who fled to Armenia in the wake of the Azerbaijani attack in mid-September, Hasmik Samvelyan, the spokesperson for the Office of Armenia’s Representative on International Legal Matters, told Panorama.am.

She said the suit would be filed in the coming months.
