ARMENPRESS. The Government permitted “Aspar Arms” LLC to manufacture firearms. The bill was presented by Deputy Chief of Police Vardan Eghiazaryan. “The license of producing civilian firearms and ammunition is given to the company for three years”, the Deputy Chief said.
