Unidentified persons attacked Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople –

ARMENPRESS – Unidentified persons attacked the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople with stones. “Agos” newspaper of Istanbul informed “Armenpress” about this. A group of 20 members made the assault in the evening, on october 10. The police arrived at the incident area immediatley after the attack.

Deputy Patriarch Archbishop Aram Ateshian informed in the interview with “Agos”, that it is not still esvident who the attackers were and what purpose they pursued. Investigation into the incident continues.
