ՀՅԴ Գանատայի Կեդրոնական կոմիտէի յայտարարութիւն

5 տարի առաջ, Արցախի 44-օրեայ պատերազմը իր աւարտին կը հասնէր Նոյեմբեր 9-ի տխրահռչակ համաձայնագրով։ Հայոց Ցեղասպանութենէն ետք, հայոց պատմագրութեան մէջ ամէնէն աղէտալի եւ կորստաբեր իրադարձութիւնը հանդիսացաւ այս համաձայնագիրը, որուն յաջորդող արարն էր Արցախի հայաթափումն ու հայրենազրկումը։ Դաւադիր այս համաձայնագրով, Պաքուի կը յանձնուէին Արցախի Հանրապետութեան եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան համար ռազմավարական նշանակութիւն ունեցող տարածքներ եւ հիմնովին կը խախտէին Հայաստանի արեւելեան սահմաններու ամրակուռ վահանը՝ Արցախա-ատրպէյճանական սահմանը, որ կ՚երկարէր Վարդենիսի հորիզոնագիծէն մինչեւ Արաքս։

Այսօր, Արցախի հայրենազրկման դաւադիր արարէն ետք, Հայ եկեղեցւոյ, ընդդիմադիր կուսակցութիւններու եւ կազմակեպութիւններու դէմ բռնաճնշումներով յագեցած ՀՀ վարչախումբի արշաւը՝ կը ծառայէ միայն ու միայն թուրք-ատրպէյճանական քաղաքական հաշիւներուն եւ ծրագիրներուն։ 2020-ին եւ 2023-ին Արցախը զոհասեղանին վրայ դրած այս վարչախումբը պիտի չվարանի նոյն զոհասեղանին վրայ դնելու Տաւուշի, Սիւնիքի եւ Գեղարքունիքի ինքնիշխան տարածքներ։ Այսօր, Հայաստանի հանդէպ նենգ նպատակներ հետապնդող Պաքուի իշխանութիւնները երբեք պիտի չհրաժարին նոր պատերազմի սադրանքներ բեմադրելու մտքէն եւ «Արեւմտեան Ատրպէյճան»ի կեղծ քաղաքական հայեցակարգով պիտի շարունակեն ռազմական ոտնձգութիւնները Հայաստանի տարածքներուն նկատմամբ:

Պատմութիւնը ունի իր արդար դատաստանը Նոյեմբեր 9-ի դաւադիր համաձայնագիրը ստորագրած ազգադաւ վարչախումբին։

Five years ago, the 44-day Artsakh War was forced to a cruel end with the shameful and catastrophic November 9 agreement—one of the most devastating moments in modern Armenian history, second only to the Genocide. In its aftermath came the depopulation and loss of Artsakh, an act that tore Armenians from their ancestral homeland. This ill-fated agreement handed over territories of immense strategic value to Baku, weakening both the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia. It also dismantled Armenia’s natural line of defense along the eastern frontier, from the Vardenis region down to the Araks River.

Today, in the wake of this betrayal, the Armenian government’s campaign against the Church, opposition forces, and civil society has only one aim—to serve Turkish-Azerbaijani political interests. The same leadership that sacrificed Artsakh in 2020 and again in 2023 will not hesitate to endanger the sovereignty of Tavush, Syunik, and Gegharkunik. At the same time, Azerbaijan’s authorities, driven by enduring hostility toward Armenia, continue to pursue their expansionist agenda under the comical notion of a “Western Azerbaijan.”

In time, history will deliver its fair and unforgiving judgment on those who signed the November 9 agreement—a betrayal of the Armenian nation.

Il y a cinq ans, un accord honteux est venu mettre une fin subite à la guerre brutale de 44 jours en Artsakh. Après le génocide de 1915, la signature decette entente traitre marque un des épisodes les plus sombres de l’histoire moderne du peuple arménien. Dans les mois qui ont suivi, l’Artsakh s’est vidé de sa population indigène. Non seulement ce déracinement massif a-t-elle arraché les Arméniens de leur terre ancestrale, elle a aussi livré à Bakou des territoires d’une importance stratégique majeure de la région. Ainsi, cet accord ignoble a non seulement affaibli la République d’Artsakh et celle de l’Arménie, mais il a aussi brisé la ligne naturelle de défense du pays le long de la frontière Est, du secteur de Vardenis jusqu’à la rivière Araxe.

Aujourd’hui, dans la foulée de cette trahison, la campagne du gouvernement arménien contre l’Église, les membres de l’opposition et la société civile vise un seul objectif : servir les intérêts politiques de la Turquie et de l’Azerbaïdjan. Les mêmes dirigeants qui ont sacrifié l’Artsakh en 2020, puis encore en 2023, semblent prêts à risquer la souveraineté du Tavouch, du Syunik et du Gegharkunik. Pendant ce temps, à Bakou, le régime continue d’avancer son projet expansionniste sous le prétexte absurde d’un « Azerbaïdjan de l’Ouest », nourri par une hostilité qui ne s’éteint pas.

Tôt ou tard, l’histoire rendra son verdict. Et il sera sans pitié envers ceux qui ont signé, en 2020, l’accord du 9 novembre, cette véritable trahison envers la nation arménienne.
