Photos show Azerbaijan changed Artsakh presidential residence

Participants of the international parliamentary conference on “Parliamentarism: Traditions and Perspectives” held in Baku on Monday visited Stepanakert, the capital of Azeri-occupied Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

Photos of the visit shared by Azerbaijani media outlets show the Artsakh presidential palace in Stepanakert has undergone changes.

The building is now completely surrounded by a metal construction.
