Artsakh president agrees to testify in 2020 war probe

Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan has accepted an invitation to testify before the Armenian parliament commission probing the 2020 Artsakh war.

He was invited to appear before the commission by MP by Andranik Kocharyan, chair of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense and Security, on November 13.

In a letter published by the committee on Friday, Shahramanyan said he was ready to testify at the hearings on November 24.
