The event was designed primarily to broaden the organizational knowledge, skills, and networks of the young attendees.

The objectives of the conference included:

  • Holding regional organizational discussions and trainings tailored to youth associations;
  • Understanding the concerns of youth in the region, examining perspectives on national and organizational issues;
  • Fostering practical organizational experience while strengthening connections between the youth associations.

The conference aimed to deepen the commitment of youth to the idea of belonging to one community and to instill a strong ideological foundation within the younger generation, helping to build a resource pool of future leaders.
