STEPANAKERT—Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakian on Tuesday welcomed the participants of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Hai Tahd Committee representatives at the Tigranakert archeological museum complex, reported the presidential office.

A wide range of issues related to Artsakh’s domestic and foreign policy, Homeland-Diaspora relations, the large- scale military operations launched by Azerbaijan from 2 to 5 April and their consequences, as well as current regional developments were discussed during the meeting.

President Sahakian highly praised the ARF’s Hai Tahd activities in the pursuit of international recognition of the Armenian Genocide, in advancing the Artsakh issue within the international arena and issue related to the advancement of the Armenia’s and Artsakh’s statehood.

He also emphasized the significance of convening the conference in Artsakh and the positive message it conveys to the world.

Delegations representing 25 region around the world gathered kicked off a global Armenian Revolutionary Federation Hai Tahd conference on Sunday in Armenia’s capital and then traveled to Artsakh to convene sessions there.

The conference convened in Yerevan on Sunday, and that afternoon participants departed for Stepanakert where they resumed their activities on Monday and took part in celebrations of Artsakh Armed Forces day and the 24th anniversary of the liberation of Shushi.
