13-year-old girl becomes youngest armenian female climber to stand on peak of mount Ararat –

On July 21, the members of the “For Sahakyan, Towards Ararat” expedition reached the peak of Mount Ararat. Leader of the expedition and Director of the Sahakyan Levon Mkrtchyan College of the Armenian Relief Cross of Lebanon Nazo Jerejian congratulated all the students of the College, all those who had helped make the expedition a success and wished that such expeditions become a tradition, Yerepouni Daily News reports, according to Hayern Aysor.

Student of the Sahakyan Levon Mkrtchyan School, 13-year-old Dzovag Keoshkerian became the youngest Armenian girl to have climbed to the top of the Sacred Mountain of the Armenians.
