Mayor Corderre meets with clerics of Montreal –

On Wednesday, January 28, 2015, Mr. Denis Coderre, Mayor of Montreal, invited all religious leaders of Montreal to attend a meeting to discuss unity and diversity.

 Very Rev. Father Vartan Tashjian, represented Bishop Parikian at the meeting and he was accompanied by Mr. Krikor Der Ghazarian, chairperson of the Prelacy.

 During the meeting, Father Tashjian spoke of the collaboration between religious leaders and emphasized the importance of unity and diversity, and how it can be reconciled with shared humanity.
