MESSAGE FROM THE PREMIER OF ONTARIO – 

On behalf of the Government of Ontario, I am delighted to extend warm greetings to everyone celebrating Armenian Orthodox Christmas.

Ontario is proud to be home to a dynamic and engaged Armenian Orthodox community – a community whose history and expressions of faith have enhanced our province’s spiritual and cultural diversity. I would like to commend the Armenian Orthodox community for its invaluable contributions to the social, cultural and economic life of our province – and for making Ontario an even better place to live.

In our busy lives, it is all too easy to lose sight of what is truly important. The Christmas season provides us with the opportunity to live our lives a little better and reconnect with those close to us. Christmas is also an ideal time to reflect on the common values we share in our society and celebrate how fortunate we, as Ontarians are to have our lives enriched by other cultures and traditions.
